This was part of a client project done last year; they wanted a rotating wheel that is CMS based, which comes with some interesting challenges.
Initially built with GSAP and manual combo classes, I ended up finding a way to make everything happen with just a few lines of Javascript, calculating the total number of items, and then the increment step between each, and setting their style (offset, rotation) while looping through all items.
Then I have a simple native animation to rotate the wheel, and counter rotate the profile images.
